Watched this tonight and it confirmed what I already knew about apartments, many are as the gent in leads said 'the slums of the future'. One only has to look at the 'Island' development and visualise what it's exterior will look like in 10-20 years time that these and many other 'fashionable' apartment developments will in the future be high maintenance expensive places to live.
Remember the land registry never lies but many property investment clubs do.
