nice article........spot on to what we have all been saying.....still think 50% fall is far more likely in some areas...or more.

you could buy a 2 bed conversion in hastings in 1995 for £22,000....now £120,000......why couldn't that fall to say £70,000?....no work there and you would still need to earn £20,000+ to buy it...and why buy that when a house would be only £100,000?????
