Times Online: Property prices are set to stagnate
The credit crunch has dented confidence in the homes market and growth is forecast to slow to a standstill.
HOMEOWNERS were warned last week that the credit crunch in the financial markets could usher in a period of stagnation for the property market, after years of robust growth.

Perhaps "The Times" have inside knowledge that the BoE will follow the Fed in dropping IRs.
No doubt about it. IRs across the pond drop next week. Look at the Euro/US exchange rates to confirm.
