On behalf of David I would like to rebutt Orwells statement whilst carefully steering clear of all logic, evidence, and reasoned argument, and simply say. This is a blip. Oil price will come down. House prices will then soar. I really want house prices to crash but they won't. They will just go up and up and up for ever, and they will do it faster and faster and faster until only the queen can afford to buy a house. You're all just jealous
