On a similar note, the supply seems to be rising sharply round here in Bristol. on Friday around 50 properties were put on market in 24hrs, yesterday 60 something, and just now it was around 80 something (found by searching for property in bristol <24hrs old on rightmove). Wonder when the prices will start to come down...
