BBC News: US home sales decline yet further
Concern that US house prices could fall sharply has returned after a key survey showed that sales fell to a near five-year low in the year to July.

It would be easy to shift all these unsold houses - just put the price down. Oh sorry I forgot, that can't happen. House prices only go up.
