Financial Times: House prices falter after rate rises
House prices barely rose in July across England and Wales, the Land Registry said on Wednesday, completing the picture of a slowing housing market after a resilient start to the year.

Aha, good to see the 0.1% figure make a comeback after a long period of absence.
Small enough that it doesn't make a difference anywhere but not small enough to be negative.

I don't doubt it will bounce back, to great fanfare, but the following tick will presumably be negative, the one after that just positive, drawing sighs of relief and the next one deeper in the red.
It does seem to be zig-zagging its way down.
