Phew, those prices are booming, like Northern Ireland, nothing bearish here, at all, so far as I can see.

depressing, isn't it. But there's always the next quarter results in 3 mths time :)
(A thought!) Maybe all the English folk have sold up and moved north until the market down south calms down.
