Sudden Slump in Confidence Among Homebuyers"
The Times: Bovis banks on summer and autumn sales after a slump in homebuyer confidence
Bovis, the builder of upmarket homes, has reported that demand for its properties has all but dried up and that average sale prices are stagnating.
Analysts said that Bovis would be forced to scrap its declared target of raising profits by 10 per cent for 2007 as a result of a sudden slump in confidence among homebuyers.

Bovis is shagged because it is not just FTB's who are stuck it's many families with children who are simply stuck in their former FTB homes and cannot move on because they cannot afford £100K (or more) for a slightly bigger house with 1 extra bedroom.
