Soon homes will be sold on eBay!

Guardian: Tesco aims to stack 'em high with move into property

With no barrier to entry, there will be at least a couple or more serious entrants here. Maybe a "VirginHome"? But the established "marketplaces" like eBay and Amazon.... I am sure they too are thinking about it. There will be a lot of money to be made in the falling market, think about "repossession avoidance" packages, "bridge financing" at 20% interest ... and stuff. What a mess! What a show!

the british public are in general suckerss....... they like anything that rips them off and tells them how w to do it, take Tescos for example, people herd in there like sheep they are told by tescos what to buy and when to buy it, they comply.. need we say any more? People have caused the demise of corner shops and farms by supporting the likes of tescos... so thats it then end of the UK, Tescos gmtv and gordon brown all hooked up together...

American friends of mine tell me that one of the main ways that Americans are selling houses is online - usually via craigslist.com rather than eBay.
