Is this the ultimate answer to stopping the London boom?

Look at the picture folks. This is what will happen when the Thames barrier bursts. I think Birmingham will become the new capital in the next 50-100 years.

I have done further research. The world has 3 major ice sheets. Even if all 3 melted, which is highly unlikely, most of the north of England would be okay. Leeds would be the biggest city still above water and I therefore predict Leeds to be the capital of the UK in 300 years. Parts of the remaining south would be a collection of islands. However, the melting of only 1 of these ice sheets would be more than enough to drown London, most of East Anglia, Cornwall and many other costal areas.
