The Truth About Property: Have your say on the BBC
BBC: Hassled by housing?
"The Truth About Property, a new BBC2 Series for the Autumn,
would like to hear how your lives have been affected by the property market."
A forum for the truth, 5 years too late ? Is this a sad attempt to redress the endless
durge of sludge they pump out on TV in the day encouraging chavs
to become property developers/investors by paying too much and
borrowing money they can't afford ?

No, this is just the media being the media. They love being in the limelight and so will report anything if they think it will get them an audience. To this end they tend to reflect public opinion, and so it is highly encouraging to see a program called 'The truth about property', because their research shows people don't believe the hype anymore.

Meanwhile over on Channel 4 you can see Kirtsie Allslop and sidekick ditherer F Spencer honk, bray and generally jilly themselves off about overpriced properties beyond the reach of anyone but the carefully few buyers they're featuring on tonight's program.

I'd like to see a TV series where these two go back round to their victims post-crash and face the music.

Wage slave I know what you mean. Most of the BBC production staff these days tend to be the sort of wasters who can't get real jobs. They
are obviously so talentless, they pretty much now rely on the public for new ideas.

I would like to see a BBC program exposing the truths about the upcoming crash presented by Fiona Bruce.
She's like a tiger.

What more does everyone expect from the 'Big Brother' 'I'm a Celebrity Generation' especially when a recent survey by 'The Work Foundation' listed Management consultants, managers, hairdressers and celebrities as the "iconic" jobs of the 21st century.

We've seen this statement several times in recent weeks....
"It's been predicted that UK house prices could rise to the equivalent of 10 times the average salary by 2026."
....which confuses me since it is usually accompanied by a statement similar to....
"The average price for a new home reached £260,832 in May"
Suerly this means that we do not have to wait 20 years for the '10 times average wage' scenario....it is here now!
Am I missing something in all this?
