Very unfortunate! Agriculture is the main stay for the people of all developing nations. If developed nations just did away with their agricultural subsidies most of the world poverty would have gone. But greed of the west knows no limits.

Huge world trade imbalances and trade talks breakdown equals major threat to globalisation.
China and emerging economies are going into k-summer
US, UK and friends (minus Germany and Japan) are going into a k-winter
Japan and Germany could be pulled back into the tail end of their k-winters
k-summers and k-winters are a time for war (look at WWI and WWII)
These talks have been failing since 2001.
The conflict in the world is building up and yet we are not even in recession yet.
What will the conflict be like in 2010 when most of the developed world will be in recession

s2r1, you don't half go on about "k-this and k-that". I hope you're not going to end up drilling a hole in your head to get rid of all of them.

s2r1, maybe you should try de-caff? Or maybe a more balanced diet, special K perhaps?

Paul,
Don't worry - I am not over the edge yet.
Look at the graph of the DJIA priced in gold and tell me secular cycles and k-waves don't exist
