Just listen to it... sooooooooo entertaining. Makes me wonder why this link (which is really just promotional communication) is posted in the news section of the Times.

I am still listening to it... and Yolanda is quite cleverly covering her arse:
- flat prices in east london up a meager 2% last year
- the period houses in west london are doing great, barring an economic shock or a "terrorist attack (which we always fear)"
my my my... Yolanda... this lady probably had some sort of education, problem she is on Savills payroll
