Not sure how before they notice, this is a bargin at £0....

Nah, they've plenty lower to go than that. In certain areas you won't be able to give away property in a few years time.

Just quickly searched rightmove to see asking prices for 1 bed flats where I used to live in SE London/Kent border - ludicrous! Is everybody gone stark raving mad?
