This newspaper article is a load of crap, makes no sense and no real observations... when will people accept it is on its way down, yes the big c word, housing is crashing albeit only is some areas like NW england, however it will spread

... ok, ok, the article is cr@p and won't win the Pulitzer, but the point that the big bucks are made by foreign investors thank to lenient UK tax and capital rules (and enforcement) ... with that I agree completely.
