One of the most uplifting pieces of footage I have seen in a long time.
Feel sorry for the 'early buyers' - but aren't they the same people who bemoan those who don't buy and that look at you in pity when you 'miss the boat' getting onto the housing ladder.
Re-arrange this into a well known phrase or saying:
Foot Shoe Is On The Other Well The Now!
