Way of fiddling the figures?
Rightmove: Living in the Garden of England (Thanet Excluded)
Check out the first entry on the Rightmove database for Kent. Just a mistake, or one of the ways that estate agents can claim house prices only ever go up? I'm not surprised if houses like this are included in the figures?

The only point in putting houses like these on the website is that you can arrange a free viewing avioding paying the average £7.50 ticket on looking around some National Trust Estate/Castle or Famous Residential property in the country.

Mike, one too many zeros? (Perhaps three less zeros would be more realistic.)

Well, after looking at that link I feel better.
I thought I had problems affording a house in my own area......

There are two zeros redundant, perhaps.
Anyway this is the quality of the UK service industries, along with financial services industry where consumers need to double-check bank statement in case there are too many errors, let alone almost daily misselling episode.
And it is these service industries that allegedly must feed over 60 million population! Bad joke.

Search Liverpool for a property on rightmove and select 40 mile radius, voila £385 Million 3-Bed Detached in Blundell Sands this must truly be the most overvalued house in the UK.
Another reason why any of rightmoves figures from its database are highly dubious.
