RICS surveys the damage after wild party in Mayfair
Building: RICS surveyors trash a Mayfair hotel!!!
The London Marriott Hotel in Grovesnor Square has called in the police over £1500 damage and a fight that broke out at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors annual dinner.
The event quickly got out of control and by 9pm a competition had broken out between tables to see who could throw the heaviest thing the furthest.
Attendees mashed up the lemon mousses to create a gelatinous mess, which several young men delighted in forcing other guests’ heads into.
Clothes were then removed and underwear proudly displayed; the dance floor heaved with bodies, many in compromising clinches; tables were set alight and a fight is said to have broken out just before the police were called.
RICS described the behaviour at the event as “disgraceful.”

Reminds me of how much fun a proper do can be although it looks a little exaggerated as the damage only amounted to a paltry £1500.

Yeah, I haven't read the article but you know, these events organizers only make a big thing of the damage if the customers are a) not likely to have their event at the same place next year or b) not creditworthy enough to be able to afford the same venue next year. Seriously. Think about it - if the money was good for a while yet the Grosevenor House Hotel etc. wouldn't even mention damage - they'd just disreetly bill the customer.
Maybe RICS have burned some bridges this year ...

Always thought these guys were just Chav Yobs in suits, by the way I thought we had age discrimination laws no so is it not illegal for them to restrict it to Under 35's.
Anyway what else would you expect from these scum!!!
