Bet the Express will blame this on HIPS but difficult since that has nothing to do with Scotland but they will hope that there are enough stupid sheep out there to believe it.
Think this may just be some profit taking.

Protect London at all costs. If news spreads it will hit London, the investors are in trouble. "What is happening in the US will not happen in the UK". "What is happening in Ireland will not happen in the UK". "What is happening in Spain will not happen in the UK". And now "What is happening in Scotland will not happen in England". The media are protecting London at all costs, but sooner or later they will run out of fingers to plug the holes.
