Frustrated first-time buyers are planning to upstage Gordon Brown at a festival in a bid to highlight the negative impact of spiralling house prices.
Campaigners from web-based group Priced Out will picket the chancellor when he speaks at the Dome concert hall as part of the Brighton Festival on Sunday.
