As millions of homeowners digest the implications of the latest interest rate rise, Gordon Brown will tomorrow get a taste of the frustration felt by wannabe first-time buyers locked out of the housing market.
Campaigners from internet-based group Priced Out plan to picket the chancellor when he speaks at the Dome in Brighton, to highlight the negative impact of spiralling house prices.
