Would be a good idea to remember this sort of article once our "slide" happens - the media will be consistently suggesting that the slump has levelled-off and that there are signs of a soft landing when prices have only been dropping for a few months, then 2 years on it'll still actually be getting "worse than predicted"!

Oh well, it must be bottoming out then. Definitely should see signs of recovery in the 2nd quarter................of 2019
