Guardian: Surveyors Fear Boom & Bust
Fears that the housing market could return to a cycle of boom and bust should not be treated lightly, a report claimed today, as surveyors said house prices had risen for the 17th consecutive month.
(Note, posting this at 11.00am; by the time the Censor board pass it I expect it will be early eve and several other people will have posted it already.........)
