In a bubble, people don't worry about old-fashioned things such as the risk premium because they know they'll find a "greater fool" to hand the problem on to. Which is fine until the music stops.

Does anyone else think the ministry of truth recently instructed its meeja department to bring the current policy bubble(s) to a close?
"We believe we now have a sufficient majority of the public in peonage to ensure long-term workforce stability and strong revenue. It is therefore time to close the door an order to effect long-term economic servitude. You will be notified in due course of our policy for the next generation."
