Nice Summary

YouTube: Boom Bust - UK housing bubble set to burst

I've been away for a bit. This was put on YouTube at the end of March - so I do not know whether anyone else has seen it.

Nice summary of the Housing Market - and concentrates on Land Value. Watch it if you have not seen it.

This is a very good video. I would like to meet the guy in person. Seems like a bit of a Rasputin character; scruffy but way-ahead of everyone.
If I ever became very wealthy I would never buy to let, it is unethical. I would invest in proper companies that actually make things.

Music's not bad either, the chap is a member of a band called Ablemesh, they remind me very much of XTC and seem to be part of a new phenomenon and are similar to the Young Knives. The music scene in general seems to be repeating the same transition that was made 30 years ago i.e. 1976-77 when we bore witness to the birth of punk rock which strangely coincided with the last time Labour screwed up the economy.
