www.housefund.co.uk: Surprise as UK house prices fall

House prices in the UK fell by 0.1% between January and February, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has said.

The figures form part of the the government's official house price index, and found the average home costing £205,102 in February, down from £205,339 in January.
