Funny how news like this comes out the next week after an MPC meeting eh? I must be getting cynical, as I've noticed a pattern of 3 weeks of 'house prices will double in the next 5 minutes' headlines, followed by week of 'house prices are slowing downas interest rate rise take hold' headlines just before the MPC meets.
