Interesting to see that real prices are falling for most regions outside of London.

Can't you see what is happening? We find out the US is crashing, they publish articles saying "US crashing, but don't worry; the UK is okay". Ireland crashing but UK okay. Spain crashing but UK okay. Now the outer UK areas are crashing, but don't worry because London is okay. Protect London at all costs! The big guys need time to sell.
