The big problem in Spain is one of oversupply.

City consultancy Lombard Street Research say more than 800,000 new homes were built in Spain last year — FOUR TIMES the number built in Britain.

But with 85 in every 100 Spaniards now owning their own home, supply has comfortably outstripped demand.

WE DON'T HAVE OVERSUPPLY IN THE UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BRILLIANT! As I suspected a housing crash will come to the UK via bad news stories from abroad. Fiiiooonnnuuella Early can do bugger all about crashing markets elsewhere in the World and the negative effects on sentiment over here.
