Very interesting - Industry re-positioning itself...

Reuters: Gleeson downsizes with property sell-off

British construction company M.J. Gleeson Group Plc (GLE.L: Quote, Profile , Research), having trimmed 80 percent of its workforce, said on Friday it will exit the commercial property business in its efforts to remake itself.

He said it was a good time to exit commercial property, as the company believed the market had peaked and it has about 30 million pounds in developments to sell to investors.
