I have watched the programme and like banks even less than before.
We were charged GBP 125,00 for being GBP 2,00 overdrawn on our current account for 4 days.
Wrote to them to claim it back, they said no. Contacted the "FSO". They told us to ask our bank for a "Final Letter" before passing our dispute onto them and guess what they gave us all the money back.
