Same old frenzy over one months figures.

Seems it pretty much applies to London only.

There are no major economic downturns on the horizon either.... Obviously they've not been reading the news.

Hello guys. It is not just house prices, but many things such as universities. 40 years ago, about 1 in 30 people had a degree, you got grants and being 1 in 30 meant the prospect of a good job. Today it is 1 in 3, they are ridiculously overpriced, and they are not worth the paper you used to make the exam notes on. Cars were cheaper back then, and the roads were less crowded. I found out this week that 1 in 10 brits live abroad. I wonder why?

Hilarious rubbish! - as usual only London based, which is so unrepresentative of the UK as a whole - lets face it you're hardly likely to met an Estate Agent called Julian de La Poer Beresford in Newscastle or Glasgow!
