Biggest US homebuilder says 2007 will be dire
CNN: 2007 is going to suck
Horrible US word 'suck' isn't it, but it is something when the biggest US housebuilder uses it to describe prospects for the year.

what makes him think 2008 is gonna be great?
it may be good for building companies, as they will be able to shirnk their work force but doubt they'll be able to bounce back to building as many houses as they did in 2000-2006 straight away.
