Sad really!!
Doesn't say whom is bankrupt - but can hazard a guess it's no-one that has a second or third home in the SouthWest.
SW is a rich man's holiday playground - and only in the summer - irritating as it's my birthplace and it stops me from living there!!

Strange use of the word "penetration" in the little town table. Makes you thing that bankruptcy is being actively marketed.
