BBC News: UK low inflation 'may not last'

The Bank of England has warned in a report that while inflation has been low recently, this may be short-lived.

So - Merv will blame Sterling's volatility in the near future for any forcing of his hand?

Or - is it just a case of lets find a reason for what we should have done 12 months ago - which unfortunately hasn't achieved any positive result?

so is the recent 3% (fiddled downwards anyway) inflation low? What's high inflation then? In any case clear evidence that all is not well. Seems like something pretty nasty is on the cards.
