It's a con. After inputting my figures it told me my inflation rate was 6.1%. It also told my that my heating and lighting has gone up by 8% in the last year. It hasn't. It has actually gone up by about 20%, so my real inflation is more like the 16% that I worked it out to be without the aid of this flawed, and no doubt corrupt, instrument of government brainwashing. The fact that it doesn't let you input last year's costs says it all really!
