I write to you to put forward a claim for compensation due to your unfair charge of £? exit fee for the above mortgage. I would also like to claim compensation for the mortgage risk payment (MIG) which I was made to pay £? for insurance to cover yourselves, and the £? administration charge for using an outside company for buildings and contents cover.
