Today: "House prices MAY be slowing"
Yesterday "House prices ARE booming"

Maybe!!
But when the Bull's are claiming X% HPI, they never add that later house prices will cool later in the year because they always do.
So I tend to dissagree, it is news as this news is adjusting the HPI claims that Bull's keep claiming.
