This article differs from most on here and yes the link to HPC is bit weak but I stumbled across this new-build in Wales and thought I would share it.

Stumbleupon - one of the greatest modern inventions.
I saw this recently too and it looks charming. Definitely small, but the idea of zero-impact development (or business for that matter) is a great one.
We would all agree that if you keep taking from a bank account you get into debt, but if you invest in such a way that your assets at least offset your outgoings, you will mathematically end up in the black (ah, sorry, perhaps I should have said all of us except readers of the Daily Mail and inhabitants of No. 11)
