The turning tide of the Media

As soon as someone can explain how 'a buoyant economy', 'stable interest rates' and a 'continuing shortage of housing supply' result in a trebling of house prices in 10 years will I start to believe that these factors will support the housing market in the year to come. Otherwise, I'll believe that speculation and irresponsible lending will bring the market down at the same rate it built it up.

What an intelligent piece. He doesn't quite have the gumption to follow through his logic to it's natural conclusion ('maybe people will start to question whether the Emporer really has any clothes on...'), but a good step in the right direction.
