Persimmon confident prices will continue to rise in 2007.
Reuters UK: Persimmon sees house prices rising
Persimmon, the country's largest housebuilder, announced its 2006 profits will be in line with expectations, and it is bullish about house price increases into 2007.

Pound for pound I bet Persimmon Homes board prices are 20% over valued just like Bovis's, but then you cannot expect a housebuilder to break ranks and make a Bearish statement. It would be like Gerald Ratner saying his jewellery was crap.
