Breaking News: Estate Agents are still regarded as dishonest
BBC: Estate agencies still distrusted
A survey of 1,568 adults found that 94% thought estate agents deliberately overvalued properties and 70% believed they invented false offers.

If I was an Estate Agent I would take this seriously - trouble is, many of these guys have little education and no shame.

Little education, few people skills and in many cases, criminal records.
Any of these is perfectly acceptable to become an estate agent in this country.

Some of my former banking colleagues whom the bank had caught committing various misdemeanours and were sacked ( or encouraged
to resign in some cases; thereby preserving their pension rights ), were later seen working in estate agents offices.

Dishonest and thick. I paid these b*stards stacks of cash to sell my house. They produced a leaflet littered with spelling and grammer mistakes and did very little else. Nice work if you can get it.
