Basically Article telling homeowners to watch out as by next year interest rates may rise as high as 7.5% urging people to change their mortage to 5 year fixed rate as inflation is on an upward trend...

He is actually saying the BofE rates might reach 6% so SVR mortgages will hit 7.5% . Are any muppets still on SVR mortgages? I am sure with house prices the way they are everybody must have realised by now that they can save hundreds by moving to a fixed or discount mortgage.
