Will oil prices rise again later this year?

Is Goldman Sachs manipulating the gasoline futures market to push prices down before the November elections?
It sure looks that way........

Nice find - the presidential election eh. I also understand they try plunge the main markets e.g. DOW just prior to the mid terms, so when it comes around to 2008 they can report how they've fixed the economy. With this in mind I was going to pick up some BP stock in November and maybe a bit of gold for a bull run next spring.

Interesting if true.....presumably it is legal to change the basis of the index like that? Will this mean we will see oil price rises after November..... feeding through back into inflation ....etc etc? Let's see
