Stealth taxes hurting FTBs - The Tories
Firstrung: First time buyers suffer under Gordon Brown - Conservatives
Gordon Brown's stealth taxes are making it increasingly difficult for first time home buyers to step onto the property ownership ladder, the Conservatives have claimed. Shadow Local Government Secretary Caroline Spelman has warned that families who have worked and saved to invest in a home are now being "taxed to the hilt" by the Labour Chancellor.

This shows how out of touch Little Lord Cameron and the Tories are sure it would be nice to get rid of stamp duty etc but this is not the main problem it is a unregulated and corrupt system of buying and selling properties in this country that needs to be addressed.
Also the issue of nimbies who are so concerned about Environmental "trodle".

This is coming from Cameron who said that the tories would keep interest rates artificially low because homeowners need to know that they can repay their mortgages.
cos propping up the housing market will help FTBs won't it Cameron you overpaid half-wit.
