It is interesting that this fella is trying to down-size this property portfolio as he believes prices will fall next year. Clearly he feels he knows what he is doing and he can not be stupid. If such people are trying to down-size, we may have a race to see who can down-size in the shortest time or, in other words, a flood of property onto the market. Oh dear. What will this cause?
