BBC: Seller packs could face delay
The government's compulsory Home Information Packs (HIPS) are likely to be delayed, a senior member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has warned.

A government spokesman said "the central issue is that currently the market relies on crooked deals, misinformation and pandering to vested interests. If we implement such wide reaching reforms now, the market would go further into a tailspin, endangering our re-election chances and tarnishing our future leader's competency record".
