FT: UK manufacturers hit by rising oil prices
A spike in the price of crude oil helped push manufacturers’ raw material costs higher last month, according to official data released on Monday. However, the report also showed that inflationary pressures were being contained by industry’s difficulty in fully passing these increased costs on to its customers.
