Downbeat on House Prices
Firstrung: "I still don't think house prices will crash, but there's something in the air that makes me nervous."
There were a number of uncharacteristically downbeat pieces on the property market spread across the weekend press. And this is another!

I reall find this intresting as the article suggests. EA's playing down the property market now. Hoping Mervyn kING will listen, and ignore inflation and not rise rates because of a possible house price adjustment. Even suggesting Mervyn would cut rates by 0.5%...Estate Agents then would turn round and say never a better time blah blah,,Buy now before its too late!!!

a very sad state of affairs! No-body in power really cares about the population....just about lining their own pockets.
